Outside of PR, Jessica is a leading authority on the British meat industry. Her first book, Girl on the Block was published by Harper Collins in 2019, and her writing about butchery and meat has appeared in Pit Magazine, Lenny Letter, The Independent, Foodism and more. She hosts a regular segment on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch, and has served as Panel Chair at the World Steak Challenge for the last three years.
