Jessica Walker-Wragg has spent 17 years working in and around the food industry. A butcher from the age of 16-29, she published her first book, Girl on the Block, in 2019, which was optioned for television a year later. In 2020, she began working with small restaurants and meat businesses to encourage them to find an online presence in a world post-COVID, before she joined hospitality communications agency Gemma Bell and Company in 2021. Whilst at the company, she worked closely with notable names such as Yotam Ottolenghi, Angela Hartnett, and British institution St. JOHN, running press offices for all at a Director level. Campaigns with her clients have seen her launch over fifteen new sites, run over 70 press and public facing events and develop small hospitality brands into leading industry names.
